Jennifer Bollinger, PT, DPT

Jennifer has been involved with the field of physical therapy since suffering an injury during cross country at 14 years of age.  As a patient, she saw the positive effect that physical therapy can have on people's lives and used that motivation to reach her goal of becoming a physical therapist.  She went on to receive her doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from Azusa Pacific University.  She joined Landswick Physical Therapy in 2011 until summer of 2014 when she opened PEAK Physical Therapy to further her professional goals.  Jennifer continues to strive to improve her functional manual therapy techniques with continuing education courses through the Institute of Physical Art and Redcord.  As an active individual, she enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and playing soccer.  Jennifer lives with her husband and sons, Robert and Zac.


matthew klein, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Matt’s interest in physical therapy stems from his drive to optimize human movement. As a (previously) frequently injured runner, Matt found help from a fantastic physical therapist, who was able to start him down a path of freedom from injuries and an intense curiosity with human movement and rehabilitation. He received his doctorate in physical therapy in 2016 from Western University of Health Sciences. He continued his training at Casa Colina’s orthopedic residency in 2017-2018 and became board certified in orthopedics in 2018. He was accepted into and completed the prestigious Kaiser Southern California Manual Therapy and Sport Fellowship in 2018-2019. After completion, he was awarded fellow status of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) in 2019. He was accepted into Azusa Pacific University’s Rehabilitation and Movement Science PhD in 2019 and is currently underway in his studies. Matt continues to train and compete as a competitive distance runner with his fiancee in his free time.


Mackenzie Schneider, PT, DPT, M.Sc., CSCS, CISSN

Mackenzie (or just Kenzie) developed a strong commitment and passion for optimizing the human condition during his collegiate career as an athlete and throughout his masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Idaho. As a life-long learner, he has studied ethics and morality in sport and physical activity, adopted sports nutrition to enhance his therapeutic and performance outcomes, and utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to improve the movement experience. He recently earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2019 and is now furthering his education by accomplishing a Fellow in Training status through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Kenzie enjoys spending his time exploring different breweries, hiking, surfing, and motorcycle riding.

Brad Hollingworth, Administration/Office Manager

Brad is our expert Administrator.  He is the "jack of all trades" who will help you with scheduling and billing.  He has a degree in mechanical engineering and uses his analytic mind to perfect the business side of things here at PEAK.  He cherishes the opportunity to see patients return to their life as they improve and feels rewarded to be a part of it.  Brad enjoys staying active playing all sports and spending time with friends and family.



Nate sikorski, office manager

Nate joined the PEAK Physical Therapy team in January of 2018. He is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton and has been working in the physical therapy setting for nearly a decade. He enjoys helping others to learn more about their bodies in order to achieve lifelong wellness and improve their quality of life. Nate takes care of a handful of duties in the clinic including documentation, marketing, various administrative duties, instructs in our weekend lecture series, and overall helps to manage our physical therapists. He is a big sports fan and lover of the outdoors who enjoys spending his free time going to Dodger and Kings games, camping, going to Disneyland, and BBQing with friends.
