Our goal is to provide the public with proactive knowledge of their body in hopes to prevent injury rather than react after injury has occurred. It's a great thing that the trend is now moving towards physical literacy and it is our hope that we can equip you with the tools for a pain free life. It is exciting to share the knowledge we have studied with the general public as a way to be proactive rather than reactive. With this in mind, these classes are designed as preventive medicine and not to be used for diagnosis or treatment of a specific diagnosis.

In this series your child will learn the magic of posture, ergonomics and proper lifting techniques to set their body up for the challenges of life and their environment. They will also receive and review a series of preventative exercises that, if practiced, will set them up for a healthy future.

In this individual class, come learn the magic of posture. You will learn proper sitting and standing techniques that will help you optimize function and strength with your daily activities. This is an interactive chance to practice proper posture with professionals and see first hand the benefits through demonstrations of common daily activities.
In this individual class, come learn to maintain optimal body positioning through daily activities, such as, working on computer, texting, sit to stand and playing video games to prevent injury. Every day we are faced with these activities and find that our environment causes us to be unaware that bad habits are forming. This class will teach you how to set yourself up so that your environment results in success!
In this individual class, learn how to correctly maintain optimal body positioning when lifting light to heavy objects to prevent risk of injury. This class will explore lifting techniques from carrying children to lifting your suitcase. We are all faced with lifting everyday and if not performed properly, lifting can be a major cause of injury in our society. Don't let yourself become a victim of a lifting injury!
